My name is Sydney, and I am a freshman this year at FSU, although I consider myself to be a freshman- I actually graduated high school with my Associates degree. I am working towards my bachelors degree in Psychology right now and have loved every second of it so far! I am very outgoing and love to have fun and laugh, but can also be very serious at times. I have lived in the same part of Florida my entire life, and am the youngest of three girls, my older sisters being twins. 

My prior experience using technology within an educational setting is having online courses for the past couple years. I also have just used my laptop to take notes during my in person classes since starting here at FSU as well. I took a class a while ago called digital design where I was taught many different things, using Microsoft, along with other computer programs that taught me ho to create things and then 3D print them, or create a wooden board with a design of my own. I even became Adobe certified through this course!

The learning resources I use to help me are definitely the books for my classes. I also use websites such as quizlet to help me create better study habits. For this course, i'm sure I will be using word and excel fairly often, which excites me! I also try to use my fellow classmates as a resource to teach me new things, or just to help me better understand the things I may already know a little bit about.
