blog 6

Diigo was interesting, as well as kind of confusing to use. I do not like how I had to figure out how to post, without an outline or tutorial on it first. I also don't like that once I post, I cant delete it if I end up wanting to fix or change what I decided to post. It is, however, cool that the whole class has this form of a discussion board to post on when we find helpful sites.

I honestly love doing the weekly blogs, and blogger is super simple and easy to use which helps. I do wish that we were able to answer more "hows life this week" type of questions, but I understand this is to help understand how we feel about the items we use each week. I have learned so much about different web 2.0 tools this semester and how it helps bring an online class closer together. During this process, I have also learned that I like writing about things, and am now thinking about starting my own blog, outside of school.

A web 2.0 tool I might use during teaching is a website called web poster wizard. I would probably use this because I would be able to make my own worksheets and lesson plans through this website. They also have the option to make posters, which would be really cool in order to decorate my classroom with specific information that I want my students to know more about. This seems like a really easy to use, and simple resource that can do so much for teachers!
